At Sam Moon Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization form.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
